Time is precious, and at Hamilton-Ryker, we understand that your schedule leaves little time for HR tasks. After candidates are sourced, we personally present you with a fully vetted list of top professionals that match your requirements and are interested in joining your team. All of our candidates are screened through a strenuous qualification process that is proven to produce candidates that are ready to work.
If one aspect of our recruiting process stands out above all others, it is our commitment to developing a sustained relationship with our consultants. This ongoing commitment allows us to evaluate performance and proactively address any concerns from both a consultant and client point of view.
We guarantee that all of our candidates have been interviewed and vetted both technically and for personality and communication skills. We also have the ability to drug and background screen any of our candidates a well as provide references and technical testing. Finally, we have the ability to offer a 3-5 day guarantee for any of our technical consultants. If in the first 3 (or 5 days depending upon our agreement) days, the client has the option of removing a contractor and replacing him/her with someone else without being billed for any of the time that the initial contractor has worked. After the guarantee period, our clients can replace any contractor at any time and have them replaced with a more-suitable candidate.
